...i have now had my third operation of the year. In the third different hospital
haha
Last thursday I had my left cataracts removed. Its still quite sore and achy, but apparently everything went according to plan. Although, I can't see.
Colours all look very bright and when I look through just my right eye (which I'm waiting to have operated on) is like looking through sun glasses. Although everything in my left eye is blurry, I can now compare just how appalling my sight is!!
I had a check up today and my consultant said that everything seems alright and that it'll take about 6 weeks before I have full sight. But I'm back in four weeks to be fitted for glasses (oh the joy!).
For now I just have to put up with not being able to see out of my left eye, and the constant headache you get with straining to see!
Other than that, not much happening, I'm not in college again till after christmas, and once I can see, will have alot of catching up to do!
Tomorrow is another hospital apointment, this time for my back (only 6 months late!!!!) and after that I'm going shopping =D
Today Ben came round whilst his parents moved house (mum knew that moving house with a three year old under your feet isnt much fun!), we made christmas biscuits with Beckie, then we played with the toy cars, drew dinosaurs, tried to feed various things (including, biscuits, books and stones) to the fish, watching Cars on DVD and then played with the toy cars again! Was great fun!
That's all for now

recovored yet?
so I lied, I'm not going to put up any pictures because I didn't take any!
tehe
Saturday was GREAT!!! During the day lots of family came down and helped out, the marquee tried very hard to blow away but we managed to keep it on the ground! Beckie cooked all day, we all helped blow up balloons and decorate and keep cousins occupied!
In the evening we had about 120-150 people for the party which was a great success, even though McFly was sung about 10000000 times on the kareoke by Kizzy and Alice!
Sunday was my birthday =D. Most of the family we're still around and we had a really nice lazy day! Alice and Lewis were busy playing Lego StarWars on Xbox, which was interesting because they were supposed to be on the same team, but Alice kept Light Sabre-ing Lewis, who would then use "the force" to hang her upside down by her ankles, and so it went on! Beckie, Jenny and I eventually got bored of this so we kicked them off and put Hairspray on =D.
Its Wednesday now and even though the house is back to normal, the conservatory has a strong smell of alchohol!
I'm very, very excited about tomorrow, despite having to get up early! (need to be in Brighton for 7:30am) I'm having my left cataracts removed and will finally be able to see properly!! Well, out of one eye anyway!
Thats it for now! =)

London
Monday 26th, Tuesday 27th and Monday 3rd....
all days i went to London in the past 2 weeks.
Monday 26th and Tuesday were for english lit lectures, monday was for Anthony and Cleopatra and tuesday for SPIES. They were very interesting but 4 lots of 45 minute long lectures is hard work! Although Chloe, Becky, George, Jade and I managed to get to Oxford Street and do some super shopping in the hour lunch break on Monday :). On tuesday we didnt go shopping as a certain teacher had bought us tickets that didn't let us use the underground so we just chilled out at lunch, but we had great fun on the way there and back taking photo's and such =D.

Twas gd=D
Monday 3rd was a trip to parliament, which was equally fun, if rather rushed!
We had a little "classroom" talk with someone in the parliaments office building and then had a chance to talk to Nick Herbert who is our local mp. After this we had tours of the Palace of Westminster and watched a bit of the House of Commons and the House of Lords. T'was very interesting =D

Anyhow
thats the end of my blabbering =D
and I now know my way round London like the back of my hand!
Much love all :)
